BLISS stands for Bias-free, Leadership, Inclusion, Safety and Support.
Based on survey responses from 27,800 employees across 16 countries, BCG identified inclusion as a critical factor in workplace happiness.
We built a simplified motion identity for BCG BLISS and expanded the activation through approachable visual storytelling.
The result was distinct, simplified and personified motion brand to visualise this impactful brand activation.
